Capital Lifecycle: Entry & Exit
AURA is a curated liquidity layer. To ensure strategy stability and protect partners, access to AURA Vaults is by private invitation only.
1. Access & Onboarding (Whitelisting)
Deployment of capital into AURA is restricted to verified partners. This "Gated Access" model prevents "toxic flow" from entering the vaults and ensures the health of our ML-driven liquidity clusters.
Invitation System: Potential partners must receive a unique invitation code from an existing AURA board member or an authorized ecosystem partner (e.g., TBV Partners, AVA Labs).
Whitelisting (WL) Requirement: Once an invitation is received, the partner's wallet address must be added to the Institutional Whitelist (WL). Only WL-authorized addresses can interact with the vault smart contracts.
Capacity Management: AURA strictly manages Phase 1 capacity (capped at $60M TVL) to prevent yield dilution. Access is granted on a "Strategic Priority" basis.
2. Liquidity Onboarding (Deposit)
Once whitelisted, partners can execute Precision Dual-Asset Deposits. This ensures 100% capital efficiency from the very first block without upfront execution leakage.
Pro-Rata Execution: Partners provide assets (e.g., XAUT0+ USDt) in the current inventory ratio of the Vault.
Zero-Impact Entry: By avoiding an immediate "entry swap," the Capital Provider is protected from the slippage and front-running risks inherent in single-asset "zaps."
Anti-Dilution Guard: Upon deposit, a 1% Institutional Entry Fee (Anti-JIT Shield) is applied. This fee is reinvested into the Vault's TVL, serving as a capital barrier that protects long-term LPs from dilution by short-term arbitrage bots.
Upcoming: Intent-Based "Zap" Engine
We are finalizing a single-asset deposit feature that utilizes professional Resolvers. This will allow whitelisted partners to enter with a single token while maintaining "Best Execution" through an off-chain intent auction.
3. Execution Monitoring & Redemption
Monitoring: Whitelisted partners gain access to a high-fidelity dashboard showing net performance, ML-regime status, and on-chain execution logs.
Withdrawal: All redemptions are processed "in-kind" (pro-rata). This is the most cost-effective exit strategy for professional entities, eliminating market impact.
Liquidity on Demand: Redemptions are available 24/7 without lock-up periods, ensuring maximum capital mobility for our partners.
